Stellar Studio Squarespace Template Webshop License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR SQUARESPACE TEMPLATES. BY PURCHASING AND DOWNLOADING OUR TEMPLATES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Due to the digital nature of the product, all template purchases are non-refundable.

Prohibited Uses: You may not claim the designs as your own. You may not share the digital artwork or tutorial access with additional people. You may not resell work created from our resources in a way that is seen to compete directly with the original product (i.e. repackaging the design and reselling it as a Squarespace or Figma template).

Copyright to all designs belongs to © Stellar Studio.

Grant of License: One template purchase includes one template install. Template install is manual work that includes transferring the template ownership to you. You may use the Template for personal or commercial purposes in conjunction with one Squarespace website. You may duplicate the template’s pages inside one website (i.e. feel free to duplicate the sales pages inside one website multiple times).

Support and Updates: Stellar Studio may provide support and updates at its discretion. b. You are responsible for any costs associated with the installation, customization, and maintenance of the Templates.

Limitation of Liability: Stellar Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. You assume all responsibility for the selection, installation, and use of the Template.

Template support means informational support via email or Slack. Template support doesn’t include custom work (i.e. modifying the template to fit your brand).

All images inside the template belong to their respective owners. You are expected to remove and replace demo content with your own.

Stellar Studio is not endorsed by Squarespace. The term "Squarespace" is the registered trademark and property of Squarespace, Inc.
